Adobe acrobat pro dc unable to combine files free -

No preview file. Adobe Reader: No preview. No preview. Merge PDF documents into one file. Options Search:. Common Names Synonyms. Display Synonyms. Display as images. Taxon Authors. Show Taxa Alphabetically. Build List. Total Taxa details : 0. On Windows, select the objects to be grouped or ungrouped, right-click, and select Group or Ungroup from the context menu.

I would suggest the following: Start with just creating the text boxes in a single file. If you do it by creating one and the copying and pasting it to other places in the same document, all of these boxes will be linked and any data entered into one of them will automatically appear in all the rest. Hold down the Shift key on Win or Command key on Mac and click the objects that you want to group.

You can also select existing groups to combine them into a single group. Soda PDF has an Online or Desktop app, both of which are easy to use for combining multiple files into one. Find the document you want to merge. You have the option of merging the selected document into the currently open document or merging the two documents into a new document.

To choose the merge option, click the arrow next to the Merge button and select the desired merge option. Once complete, the files are merged.

There is no ungroup command but you can simply select the text boxes and move them to a new location on the page. You are done, combine and get your desire result. Press and hold CTRL while you click the shapes, pictures, or other objects to group.

You will need to select more than one shape, picture or object in order to enable the Group button. Select the Arrange button and choose Group. Select the Selection tool on the Tools panel. Use a selection method to select the objects that you want in the group. Click the Objects menu, and then click Group. Click the Select files button above, or drag and drop files into the drop zone. Select the files you want to merge using the Acrobat PDF combiner tool.

Reorder the files if needed. Click Merge files. If not, could you try it? Check if we can get a PDF file including more than one file. If the issue persists, please save an Excel file as a PDF file as mentioned above then combine it to an existing PDF file to check the result. Regards, Shirley. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. I don't know if this helped Pamela but I tried the steps above and I'm still unable to combine excel files. I can save an excel file as a pdf file but when I try to combine multiple excel files, it's not supported.

See below for example. I have many excel files saved to my desktop but nothing shows and Excel is not a choice to select in "All supported formats" dropbox. Please help, as I was able to do all these thing with acrobat XI. I can confirm that the steps provided above work on my side.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the Office? If the issue persists, I would suggest you turn to Adobe for further help. Thanks for your understanding. I have the same issue as described here.
